10 Hour Studio Rental ($1000)

Staring time TBD ( could be between 7am - 11:30 am)

Cleaning fee $50

Total : $1050.00

Deposit: $250

Balance: $800

Please have your photographer contact us to make sure we have everything he will need (Gear rental)

Be sure to check out our floor plan for the exact studio dimensions.

 Additional hours are charged at $120 (After 7 pm the extra hour is $150)

A $1000 authorization will need to be done on a credit card the day of the shoot if the photographer provides no liability insurance.

Studio time will be charged as soon as crew starts using the space.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is 100% refundable if cancelled seven days before the production date. 

The deposit is 50% refundable 48 hours before the production date.

Deposit is non-refundable for no-show or if cancelled within 24 hours.

(Due to COVID 19, productions cancelled within 24 will receive a credit towards their next shoot within a year)
