 CANCELLATION POLICY

The booking deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

In the event of a cancellation, another date will be arranged if the session is cancelled due to a medical emergency.

COVID-19

Protocol and prevention measures.

We adhere to the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control.

Our Standard sanitation protocols prior to each client  include :Washing hands regularly before and after photographic sessions ,Sanitation of all props, chairs, benches with which a client may come into contact, Sanitation of restroom/dressing facilities, Sanitation of common areas, including door knobs (interior and exterior), counter tops, pens and pencils, tablets and monitors, removal of unnecessary paper products or décor (magazines, newspapers, extraneous sales materials)

We wear masks at all times, We get tested periodically, and practice social distancing as much as possible. We don't allow more than 10 people at the same time in the studio. We are very strict with appointment times allowing sufficient time to sanitize photographic equipment and common areas after each client session. Only one client ( and family) is allowed in the studio facilities at any given time. 

Temperature checks are conducted for each client ( including each member of the family present) prior to each session.

Any subject or family member with a fever exceeding 100.4 degrees will be rescheduled. 

Screening questions include:

How are you feeling?

Have you had a cough or any flu-like or COVID symptoms in the last 14 days?

Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms with the last 14 days?

Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?

 We take these measures very seriously!
