10 hr Studio Rental:              $1000

Equipment rental:               No Available Please bring your won equipment owner out of town.

Equipment Rental:              $549

First Assistant:                     $400

Optional Insurance             $199 (Required for more than 10 people) (You can provide your own)

Please have your photographer/Videographer contact us to make sure we have everything he will need (Gear rental)

Be sure to check out our floor plan for the exact studio dimensions before you book.

Additional hours are charged at $120 (After 7 pm the extra hour is $150)

There is a 15 minute grace period to remove gear.

Rental time stops when the last person leaves the studio and begins when the first person walks in.

The remaining balance will be charged the day of the shoot upon arrival.

*** Please notify us ahead of time if you would prefer to use a different payment method for the remaining balance, as this is an automatic charge on the day of the shoot.

***An $80 cleanup fee will be automatically charged for parties bigger than 10 people

*** A Certificate of Insurance is required for projects with 10 or more people.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is 100% refundable if cancelled seven days before the production date. 

The deposit is 50% refundable 48 hours before the production date.

The deposit is non-refundable for no-show or if cancelled within 24 hours.
